There was an ad in the local newspaper for an Admin/Bookkeeper Secretary. I inquired about it and received an e-mail from Randy Baker telling me about the position. Basically, I would receive checks via UPS, I had to cash them and wire the money to who I was told to.

Depending on the amount of the check I would deducted my salary from the check. Check cashing stores would cash this type of check. They had a business name but it was a personal check. I went to my bank to cash it. It seemed so easy.

I received checks from Fidelity Brokerage Services and in the course of one month every check was returned to my bank. All Randy cared about was making sure the money was transferred. When the first check came back he said he knew it would happen because the way the check was sent. Whatever that means.

I was told to received the money back from MoneyGram and take the amount of the check and deposit it into my account. I informed Randy that another check came back and he said was trying to rectifiy the situation. He said that he was going to do a bank transfer to my bank and send a note explaining the situation to the bank.

He never asked for my bank or account number. I would never give it anyway. He knows the check are being returned and he is basically laughing at me through e-mail.

I have all the e-mails that transpired between us and 2 more checks that were sent to me that I never cashed. I also have all the Western Union and MoneyGram receipts for the 3 transactions that happened.
