Complaint Review: BK Chihuahua's

I was purchasing 11 pups to start a breeding program. In a period of two and half months six of the eleven died from hypoglycemia to causes Brenda K Mattson (breeder) could or would not explain. I received five pups from her that were so sick it took over $1000 to get them healthy. They had coccicidia, hook worms, round worms and malnutrition (pot bellies). I paid for the eleven pups and she owes me $1350 still and ignores my emails asking for payment. People if you decide to buy from her make sure you get CVI papers and only pay the minimum deposit until the pup is in your hands. I made the mistake of paying up front for all of them and look now she can't even pay me back. She claims she loves these animals, well if you loved them they would not die of hypoglycemia and malnutrition. The reason I am posting this is during the time my six pups died some 10 other pups died. I don't know what they are dying from she did mention she had a virus run through the kennel, but neglect seems to stick out in my mind as hypoglycemia is easily treated. Also she did not give me CVI papers for each pup I received. It is a certificate of veterinarian inspection that the pup is healthy, My pups were far from healthy and my Vet is willing to testify in court when I sue her for my money. I know there are other families out there that lost a pup from her because she told me so. She has an unusually high death rate. She also breeds her dogs often twice a year as one of my pup's mother is pregnant again, it's horrible how she treats these animals and her selling practices are shady as she does not get them vet checked because she knows the pups are sick! It is a state law as of August 2011 that Brenda K Mattson provide the buyer with CVI papers, if you don't get them you may be getting a sick, sick pup. All I can say looking back now is how sorry I am for financing her shady practices and the sweet little pups that died for the most part due to neglect, I am sorry for the ones I lost and the many other that die in her care. One last comment when I expressed how angry I was at losing so many pups, Brenda totally lost it in several emails, she has an explosive temper and will tell you a good story of the high mortality rate in Chihuahua's. Well Brenda I know five other Chi's breeders that will definitely disagree with you personally! The other person that posted she sells sick dogs was not lying, I wish I had seen these reports before I purchased from Brenda Mattson, Also there are five complaints against Brenda with Better Business Bureau (BBB) if you need more help deciding to buy from this breeder.
