This is a email I recieved from Jordan Stark.
This man worked with Nigerian Scammers, Who also had gotten kicked out of Africa for scamming and fraud, (How Ironic) This man is not a well known Spammer but should be. His Wife (Identity not known) is his partner in crime and claim to be swingers (One of his sales pitches is offering you is to fly out have sex with her), all the photo's you see of her is booty shaking strip tease via online skype chat.
(Don't ask how I know) He tells you that for 7000 dollars he will teach you all of his secrets. (YA RIGHT try meeting him in person for a meeting it won't happen) He will also try to get you to join his PHOENIX group costing you $100 per month through a company called Clickbank.
Jordan Stark openly admits how him and his team of scammers fraud other internet marketing companies with a program called CPA BLACK MAGIC.

I'd like to first thank the creator of the Money Secrets video that is posted on the YouTube account for Black Cat CPA network as this helps to expose who runs the world and how to escape economic bondage.
That being said, however, the Black Cat CPA network reputation has been ruined. On other sites, people are complaining about this internet marketing firm for being overall incompetent at managing the network as well as a bunch of claims that he does not pay his affiliates and has ignored them and even threatened them, which I am inclined to believe by the argumentative tone presented by these "business professionals".
It is really shameful to see such disdainful behavior from someone who is enlightened to the Truth.

Hey dummy, if you're gonna pretend to be Jordan you could at least use a different profile to do it because it clearly says "Update by Author" on your reply.

Stumbled across this "report" and I am appalled. The only things in this entire post that are accurate are the address, phone number and copy of an email that was sent out. Which is not "SPAM" because you had to have opted in to receive any of our emails, and we are also 100% CAN-SPAM compliant.
Whoever posted this has no proof whatsoever of any of the accusations and in fact has actively harassed us by calling my husband repeatedly, calling him a n***er and telling him he was going to come over and rape me. If it wasn't posted by Bill Waggoner himself (FRAUD, SPAMMER, and all-around CREEP), it is definitely one of his trolls because both of them sound exactly the same and are for some reason fascinated with the idea of raping me. "Booty shaking strip tease" is a stretch and a lie. That description is definitely thanks to Bill Waggoner, who was a contact on skype for a very short-lived period of time when we made the mistake of trying to do business with him. Whatever profile pic I choose to use on skype is my choice and my right. NEVER has my husband or myself ever offered anyone "to fly out have sex with" me. That is ridiculous, insulting and an outright lie. Keep on dreaming creeps, I wouldn't touch any of you with a ten foot pole.

Because he was ready to meet you. Walked all around looking for you and your "yellow smartcar"... oh then it was a "black sedan" all of a sudden, right? Finally you said you were in Ohio and not outside our place and "coming over to f*ck" me. You have the address, he gave you directions, you never showed your troll face... big surprise.

He has stated repeatedly that he is not a gangster, nor does he claim to be "from the hood." Sorry that you think every black guy who has some balls about him thinks he's a gangster. I'm not surprised being as you/Bill repeatedly called him a n***er, which we have proof and recordings of by the way. Where is your proof? And he's not 5'3, not that his height is of any concern to you or anyone else.
The only reason this post was made is because my husband warned some of Bill's would-be "clients" not to send him any more money. I was skeptical of Bill from the start, his name is already MUD all over the internet but hey anyone can say anything about anyone online right (this "ripoff report" is proof of that), so we gave him the benefit of the doubt out of respect for what he had done with the CAN-SPAM act a decade ago. We soon found out he's as awful as everyone says he is. We were going to do business with him but we realized he could not come through with what he said. So, we took care of our people by providing them with value for the money that Bill had scammed them out of, and cut our ties with Mr. Bill Waggoner, a toothless, racist, demented weirdo who has been attempting and failing to cause us problems ever since. We are convinced he must be strung out on drugs because no sober person would say the things he has said or do the things he has done.
All of that aside, Black Cat CPA is the only CPA Network of its kind. We now only have private offers that convert on sales, we offer daily payouts and are doing great. Thanks
