Duplicate report, and I filed a rebuttal to it at the time also.......I really wonder if this guy has ever bought a Harley before? In the original report, he talks about MSRP......does he realize the "S" stands for SUGGESTED?? Harley prices are not set in stone, and I have bought Harleys at Campbells in Marion, Dales in Mt. Vernon, Legacy in Effingham, even Bruce Rossmeyers in Daytona.......if Black Diamond made a deal with this guy to keep the peace, that tells me they are a reputable dealer.......why don't you go away Anthony, you were NOT ripped off!!

First, let me say that I am a party on neither side of this dispute. However, I would like to say that I am a repeat customer and have come to know both the ownership and staff of Black Diamond. The customer service that I have received has been first class. And the pricing has been far more than equitable. I have made multiple purchases from the staff at Black Diamond and plan to make more. I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have been so satisfied with my experience that I travel several hundred miles from out of state to do business with them. I hate to see their good name tarnished by a questionable isolated incident.
Kindest regards,

This is a bogus report filed in Anthony's mother's name, who was his co-buyer. Anthony was given a gift card to compensate for any confusion by either party, which he claimed he was satisfied with at the time. We were under the impression that a mutually satisfying solution had been reached. Perhaps more will be uncovered when Anthony files a report in one of his grandparent's name, or perhaps his dog's.
