Claimed to be able to reproduce a specialty bridle, pictures and measurements provided and the product I received was not at all what I requested or ordered. Unwilling to accept return or refund despite stating that the maker of the bridle has trouble following instructions.
The product is unusable and costly. All attempts to request the seller to stand behind her claims to produce custom tack were refused. She can deliver whatever she likes in whatever quality and call it custom and keep your money.
