I purchased online as it seem like everyone was on a bandwagon of selling things online about the same time. This Black Ops Tac Watch came to my email and it looked inviting to purchase things but the only thing I purchased was a smart watch, which didn't say clearly I needed a smart phone, blue tooth, or apps downloaded to get the watch going. I don't have those high end devices so I decided to return it for my refund.

This business will not email or mail you return label so therefore I had to pay out extra out of pocket to send the product back to them. I also sent them a receipt as they said they cannot see it clearly. To me, their ad seem to be misleading if not said I needed extra things to this smart watch in order for it to work. I told them since I"m not getting the mail cost from them, I want that refunded, as well. They said they only refund for the products returned to them.

I told Black Ops Tac I will put a review on them that's all i was going to do and wasn't expecting a dispute or disagreement back fromt them. This is not an exchange product but I returned one product ($7.97) back to business to get additional cost of postage ($3.90) which they said will not refund but only will refund for item returned when they get the item back to their business!! If I don't get my refund knowingly I did mail product back to them Monday, May 11, 2020, I will put a complaint on them then. Thank you, Black Ops Tac Watch!!

The return policy/ procedure is spelled out pretty clearly in their Terms and Conditions on the website. Did you follow them? Says to contact the for a return authorization but that the customer is responsible for the postage.
