Complaint Review: Black Orchid Salon

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a salon! I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon.

The entire experience from start to finish was awful. They DO NOT know what they are doing and ended up ruining my hair. They blamed their shoddy work on my hair type and saying a couple more times and they can fix the color and banding in my hair. 

When I visited Black Orchid I never felt welcomed by the salon staff. I got the vibes that I was disturbing them. They were all together talking to each other and on their phones. I wasn't welcomed to the salon.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Black Orchid Salon. I've never felt as uncomfortable in a salon as I felt there at Black Orchid Salon. They have no respect for clients and will do horrendous work. Then they won’t take responsibility and will start making excuses and blame everything under the sun besides themselves and their horrible work.

I wish someone else would have told me about how this place is before I went. I had to end up paying someone else to fix Black Orchid Salon mistakes after I paid them an arm and a leg.  Find another salon Black Orchid Salon is a joke.
