Complaint Review: black river electric cooperative inc

Herb Leaird is a liar.  He beat me out of a lot of money by way of lies and fraud.  He is dishonest..  He was the ceo of black river electric cooperative, inc. and i was a commercial customer of his.  He intentionally over charged me for over a year trying to collect an old bill owed by TLC Holdings, LLC who owned the business prior to my pruchasing it.  Don't trust Herb Leaird or C.H. Leaird located in Sumter S.C.  for he is subject to beat you or anyone else.  I have recently filed a lawsuit against Black River Electric Cooperative, INC.  Herb was the person who over charged me in the thousands and hid and tryed to cover up what he had done.  Later he confessed to me that he had over charged but never has refunded my money.  you may reach me at (((redacted)))  Hutson
