Complaint Review: BLACK TLX

BLACK TLX I have been a regular customer for past 3 years. Approximatly 6 months ago the car wash changed management, thats when the Customer experiance went from an "8" to "0" in a matter of months! Boynton Beach FLORIDA

This porly managed and arrogent customer service of this corporate chain is horrific. This car wash has been turning regular "unlimited pass wash club members" away for past 3 month's,  recently on several occasions when I attempt to get my pre paid wash I am turned away during normal business hours, excuses from management range from lane is broken, water is out, we are closed early due to mechanical issues.

For what ever reason , I am turned away and don't get my car clean, although I pre paid. This new manegent is arrogent, non co-operative and very poor cusdtomer relations skills from every employy at the Boynton Beach loction has been extremly unprofessional as to any inquries from not relying to ticket request for complaints to cancelation of membership to calling thier cutomer service number which is non operational.

I was placed too close to another vehical infront of me on 5/23/21 in the locked in roller line wash of mechenized roller tracks as I have been though this wash 100's of times with no incident until the new take over of management and  company change over had the vehical in front of me too close at end of stge before the exit was in neutural and fully complying with all driver proceedurs as in past was pushed by the line into the car infront of me cuasing front end damage to my vehicale. The driver exited and ignored the Florida stute for collision took off. I did retrive the licence plates on camera, the plates came back as stolen or no match.





The management has been fully non co-operative in my inquiries and reporting and unwilling to resolve this matter that is clearly thier fault for over loading the line. they deny and tell me I will lose my claim that this is my neglegence, poor manament attitue response ect and non professional operating proccedures.
