Complaint Review: Blackbeachvideos.com - ccbill

before joining this service (blackbeackvideos.com which is a NON-nude adult site)I was told that I would be given access to hours of video and 12 diffrent sites, after you pay $30 to join you find out none of the links to these sites work, and that there is only about 30 minutes of video on the site in really low resolution. I have e-mailed the web master about 6 times but have never got a reply.

I went to ccbill the company that handles takeing the payments for the site in question and they say there is nothing I can do and that they NEVER refund money.

So just a heads up to anyone who thinks ccbill exists to prevent such site fraud like this... ccbill actually let's it happen and refuses to do anything about it.
