Blackberry Avenue Gift Shoppe Item Paid For Through Paypal But Not Received. No Response To Follow-up Emails, Internet

I purchased an item through the seller's website. I was redirected to Paypal to pay for the item & all appeared normal.

Time passed & the item never arrived. I figured this was normal due to shipping delays (I live in Australia). More & more time passed but I remained hopeful. Unfortunately, I allowed TOO much time & missed Paypal's 45-day window for disputes.

I emailed the seller repeatedly without any response. The only correspondence I ever received from the seller was the automated Paypal receipt for my payment but to this day, this is all I got.

Knowing that the seller has in fact now decided to run off with my money I took other avenues (raising a dispute with my bank) & posting a report here so that others do not fall prey to this obviously fraudulent business.
