I ordered online 3 tops for a total of 62.97. I've emailed, but no response. I've contacted PayPal to have my money refunded. This company masked themself as "Kohl's Heart." But it posted on my credit card as BLACKBOOM INTERNET INFORMATION TECHNOLONY CO., LIM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
