Complaint Review: Blackfin IRS Solutions

To anyone considering Blackfin IRS, PLEASE take the time to do your research. Anyone needing a service like this are already dealing with a lot of stress and pressure from the IRS and it can be difficult enough without adding to it another layer of problems. Blackfin IRS has been the most unprofessional company I have ever had to work with considering the amount of money they charge. I have NEVER been ignored so much by any company, ESPECIALLY one that puts right in their marketing material that "Communication” is a major key to what sets them apart and they ask clients to promptly inform them if you are dissatisfied – to which, mean absolutely nothing.  This company has zero to offer you in resolving your IRS problems, other than their broken promises and it’s like pulling teeth to get them to refund your money once you realize they’ve done nothing on your case.  Again, I would stronger urge you to do your due diligence and talk with current and prior client of theirs, save yourself the aggravation I’ve experienced over the past year with them….I wish someone had heeded this warning to me !! I have asked more than 8 times for them topriovide me a list of what actions they have done thus far in my case with the IRS. This request was orignally made over 9 months ago and I still have not recieved a single piece of information showing me waht (if anything) they have done over the last 18 months. This is totally unacceptable, yet they continue to ignore the request which proves that "communication" is NOT key as stated in the "Blackfin Promise" marketing material (See attached)
