Complaint Review: Blackfin Solutions

RBS Citizens Bank of Rhode Island is a huge ripoff when they charge for overdrafts!  My company account has been with them for ten years with very few overdrafts during that period.  Yesterday I had some extra charges come in via ACH which overdrew the account by $200 (I deposit thousands of $ per month) and, although they paid my checks (generous?) they charge $185 for FIVE items presented of which FOUR were less than $30 and one was $9.95

Nice going Citizens, STICK it to your customers with OD fees because you think they have no recourse!  Sadly you are mistaken, we remember things like that and will not sit idly by!  Also, to add insult to injury, I've allowed them to charge me a service fee of $11.00 per month for years when I should have a free account like the rest of their customers.  RBS Citizens "LOVES OD charges" as was relayed to me by a teller I see almost daily!   Thank you, Citizens, maybe some will see this and go to Pawtucket Credit Union which is SUPER!
