On January 24, 2010 Blackhawk Repossession, Investigation & Towing Services LLC repossessed my 2003 Honda CBR 600 Motorcycle. Unfortunately, the lending institution whom had the note on my motorcycle made a mistake on the account and ordered a repossession. Therefore my motorcycle was picked up by Blackhawk Repossession drive Greg. When Greg arrived at my residence, he did not have the keys to the motorcycle nor did my fiance. So in order for Greg to load the motorcycle to the tow truck he had to drag the motorcyle 20 feet to load it. By dragging the motorcycle, he created huge scratches on the concrete floor which was clearly visible. The following day when the lending institution figured out the problem, my motorcycle was returned by Greg the following day on January 25, 2010. Due to my work schedule I was unable be present at my residence for the reposession or the return of my motorcycle. In order for Greg to return my motorcycle I had my fiance meet him at my residence. When Greg arrived at my residence, my fiance gave him my motorcycle keys so he can easily return my motorcyle back in it's orginal parking spot. At that point Greg gave my fiance a paid invoice receipt. Two weeks later I decided to take a ride on my motorcycle. As I drove out of the underground parking I realized a crack on the right side of the motorcycle. I immediately pulled over to get a better look. Come to my surprise, there were holes and cracks on the right side of the motorcyle. In addition, their were scratches as well on the right side of the engine. At that point, I was furious of the damages. I called Greg from Blackhawk Repossession to ask him what occured. Greg stated he had no clue to what happened. In fact, Greg had the ordasity to accuse me of damaging my own motorcycle. I was in total shock of Greg's remark. I told Greg, I had never ever had an accident on my motorcycle. How could I have a damaged my motorcycle to this magnitude? Once again, Greg had no response. All of a sudden, Greg stated my fiance signed a release/inspection form at the time of the return. I asked Greg if that's the case could you please fax the documentation to me so I could verify. I waited for the documentation to be faxed over for about a week but nothing came through. I made numerous calls to Greg but was unable to reach him. Greg from Blackhawk Repossession blaintly ingored my messages and never got back to me. I am now gathering evidence to bring Greg and Blackhawk Repossession, Investigation & Towing Services LLC to court. This company is a Rip-Off!! They should be out of business completely!!!!

Blackhawk is reckless!

I can completely believe this story. I had a neighbor who lost her Husband in a accident.

She could not afford to keep up payments on his vehicle, so it sat in the driveway.

I looked out one night and saw Blackhawk tow truck removing my neighbors car.

The next morning she knocked on my door and asked if I saw anything the night before. I told her about Blackhawk towing her car. She shook her head in disbelief and said "they took my car, instead of my Husbands." She said she was not in default with that car and had another banks financing on that car.

The car that was to be taken was still sitting. She couldn't believe they never even checked the Vin numbers and took a completely different car from her home.

Blackhawk is reckless and I can not imagine they will been business much longer.
