For some reason after all of those years I have decided to come back and check the case of scam that I was a victim off. Long story short. Company offered non existing service that they were charging small fortune for. Contact with them was heavily limited. Only thing that person could do is to fill a complaint to the website like this one. After doing so I went to my bank to block all future payment requests that could be made by this company. Please guys, anyone who can read this text... avoid and don't be stupid as I was before. Do not give your card details nor address to anyone regardless of the deal and what they are promising you. My lesson was learnt. Luckily I only lost couple of £. Be careful and do your research before you decide to buy anything of internet. Peace.

Truthful Report: Employee and Management Lies

When faced with the truth the obvious reality for any employee representative or managerial representative of the company is to shift blame to the customer who has exposed them...
...It appears that they have been revealed for who they are-they are deceptive liars that one should always expect them to be...
These lying tyrants think they can get away with it....
...But the interesting thing about truth is that....
Those who try to fight against it always lose trying to fight against it in the end....
...Because the hammer of truth always comes down hard on liars and deceivers who end up being like nails!

False Report: Customer Making Up Things

Dear Danne,
I have looked up your order and it appears your order was delivered and you have now made over 8 purchases with our company in between then and now.
- On September 6, 2009 at 4:44 PM EST, you placed an order with our company.
- On September 6, 2009 at 7:22 PM EST, we delivered the account to you and reminded you in the delivery e-mail you that you needed to use a Capital F for the password.
- On September 7, 2009 at 3:44 PM EST, you e-mailed us and said you couldn't login to the account.
- Instead of waiting for our reply, you posted a ripoffreport.
- On September 8, 2009 at 12:12 AM EST, we informed you again that you needed to use a capital F for the password.
- On September 8, 2009 at 8:17 AM EST, you e-mailed us back and said the account was now working and you no longer requested a refund.
This RipoffReport post that you made was posted rashly and well before we could even reply back to you. Furthermore, the issue wasn't even on your end but the fact that you misread the e-mail which was clearly bolded and underlined. As for this original complaint:
- The customer was already refunded, however the reason for the refund is because Lilia Vladeva at MoneyBookers e-mailed us and informed us that the customer was fraudulent and using a stolen credit card.
- Rafal then decides to post e-mail messages which never took place and said we blackmailed him when he was already refunded for this tranaction.
- The customer did show proof later that he is the cardholder but we have no control over the decision MoneyBookers made so therefore you were refunded for this transaction.
Our belief is the reason he posted this complaint was because he was upset that we had to refund him instead of proceeding with his delivery. While he maybe the actual cardholder and the transaction was authorized, he should have responded back to MoneyBookers and because he didn't, we had no choice but to refund this transaction. In the end, cardholder or not, he was refunded so nobody lost anything with this transaction.
Danne
