Blackmarketexpress - Real Diploma Printers - Diploma Replacement Service - COMPLETE SCAM San Diego California
I contacted this site to get a replacement diploma for one that was damaged. Spoke with him via email every day right up until I transferred the money to him for the order.
Then...Nothing. No order, no communication, no nothing. Only AFTER I sent nearly $500 via MoneyGram (NEVER do this, btw) did I learn that this guys used at least three aliases: Miguel Ortiz-Hernandez; Matthew Wilson or Kyle Dannon. If you come into contact with anyone using these aliases RUN the other way.
And even though he never lists a phone number or legit mailing address a little investigation leads one to suspect that the Miguel Ortiz alias is his real name and that he works for or is somehow attached to the City of San Diego (just a little FYI for anyone out there who has been screwed by this guy).
This guy runs a few different diploma 'replacement' services: www.blackmarketexpress.com; www.diplomareplication.andmuchmore.com; he is also doing business as a company called Real Diploma Printers.
You will never get your order from this guy, you will never see your money again. BEWARE

Diploma Replacement Service has absolutely nothing to do with the other sites mentioned and we advise you to check your facts before recklessly posting false, slanderous accusations on the internet.

So why didn't you contact your school for a replacement diploma?
