this morning, I tried to buy a prepaid calling card for my mom on the company's website. Before completing the form, I called their customer service number to make sure of the product - and I had to wait 10 minutes before speaking to someone. I subsequently completed the order form and when clicking the "submit" button, the webpage froze. In the end, I had to complete the form again from scratch several times, until finally the page loaded and returned an order number with a confirmation email. Alas, the confirmation email required that I call another customer service number "for security reasons"; after another 10 minutes on hold, Gary informed me that they had run THREE orders - though I had only received one confirmation and order number; he subsequently abandoned us on hold and we hung up after waiting another 10 minutes. We never received any pin number, despite several more calls and endless waits on the phone. The business practices of this company appear inefficient at best, and they may even be fraudulent.
