I thought I got a good price from this guy for an outboard motor.As the time went buy and the excuses mounted I was getting worried.I gave this parise the money up front 3900.00 which was a big mistakeAfter hearing about the three sick kids the bad divorce, to much work etc, I wondered if I was getting the shaft.As it turned out the motor was promised in two weeks with controls cables and a prop. Well after two months I canceled the order.Next thing you know the motor shows up in pieces painted black with no controls,and looking like it fell off the truck! Now he is complaining about the three hundred dollar shipping cost that he was supposed to pay for in the beginning. What a loser.
