Blackwing Ostrich Meat Company Non-payment for ostrich skins .....

33 ostich skins belonging to Satara Farms were sent from Bouvry Exports to Blackwing Ostrich Company, two years ago, the agreed price to be paid Satara $125.00 USD per skin. The skins were grade one, prime skins.

Mr. Gerber now denies any knowledge of this transaction. We have been told that the skins are sitting, unsold in a warehouse in Laredo Texas. Mr. Gerber has refused payment for the skins and claims there are no such skins.
