Jim McNeil was a very well known professional FMX rider native to Arizona, who passed away a year ago. His civic was in the hands of BLACKWORKS RACING to be stored while his wife dealt with moving and the tasks included following his death. While in their possession, the car was not only raced without permission but then STRIPPED. After much drama and many twisted stories the car was returned as basically a shell only. NICK CORNELIUS is the main suspect. TANNER GOULD is the owner of the shop also said to be involved.
