I had my account opened since 2006 with Blair (www.blair.com). There were times when I had carried a balance while there were other times I had no balance for a period of time. I had recently purchased a few items in which I had my relative residing with me to simply pay the bill when it comes in the mail during the time I was out of town for 2 months. Upon returning, I learned that Blair had sent notice to the credit reporting bureaus of my failing to pay my bill. When I called to inform customer service I had not yet received a bill, they informed me that back in 2006 (3 yrs ago), I elected to receive on-line statement and all other communications from Blair. I became outraged as I have made payments from other bills from Blair that I received through the mail. Now, they are telling me this.... Why could they had not sent me notification that my account was past due via US Mail? They have sent me other bills in the past when I had balances via US Mail, now all of a sudden they come up with this excuse?

Well, I guess this concludes all my interest in purchasing ANYTHING more from the Blair catalogs and online from Blair.
