I purchased ten silver dollar coins from Blancard a year and a half ago. I used money awarded to me at work for an exceptional job. I asked one of the representatives for a safe investment of approximately $2400.00. He highly recommended 5 Morgan and 5 Peace coins. He charged me $2400.00 and a held onto the coins. At the time of the purchase silver was trading high. I was not told this And shortly thereafter. As the Blanchard rep indicated, there was a huge correction and their value tanked.

I called Blanchard to see what they could do for me. Like many of us money is tight and needed to help my mom with her finances. They did not even offer me half the price I paid. I went to three very reputable coin dealers and was told these coins were never worth what I paid to Blanchard. Blanchard never offered any assistance and they claimed that I bought the coins when silver was uncommonly too high. I ended up selling the coins for $960. Safe investment my eye. Blanchard saw me coming and I was naive enough to trust them.

Don't let this happen to you. I will update and let you know if they did anything to make this right. Don't hold your breath.

Do not purchase from Blanchard and Company  unless you would like to buy well above market prices. Beware of their sales pitch. If you are looking for gold bullion, they will try to sell you rare coins which will be priced well above the market price. Even their gold prices are extreme. Deal with a reputable dealer that charges a fair markup. These sales people are skirting the line of fraudulent practice.

Do your homework and do not be taken by these unscrupulous sales people. You will save yourself a lot of grief by not dealing with them.

I believe they spend a lot of money on advertising and trying to stifle complaints. If anyone says that Blanchard is a good company, do not believe the  statements. I am confident it was written by a shill. There is no way they would have 450,000 customers who are satisfied based upon their business practices. I may believe they have had over 450,000 names and numbers of people who have contacted them but not satisfied customers.

Do not trust them. Again I will say, they skirt the line of fraudulent.
