Blanket Fax - Jeff Berg $88.00 for a software full of bugs, that after 4 weeks still DOES NOT WORK, NOT answering my e-mails ripoff fraud business Internet
After paying $88.00, the software (that has been promised to work on any Windows version) has many bugs, especially if using Windows XP. After I notified them (with 8 e-mails!!)they wrote me back (after 5 days) saying that they were working in fixing the bugs.
After 3 weeks not hearing from them, and after I sent almost 9 other e-mails (asking their help)they sent me back, NOT a downloadable patch, but a list of steps of things to do MANUALLY: I had to copy drivers in this location, create this directory in this other location, register manually some drivers, etc. The result is that, even after following all these steps, the software is still NOT working because a file is missing. So I sent 6 more e-mails requesting their support and, especially, the missing file and after 7 days I still haven't heard from them.
They can't be reached via phone number because they gave only an e-mail address where to contact them for the support. A month has past, since I received their software, and is till full of bugs and is still NOT working. I asked a refund, but haven't had an answer. This is evidently a software that has been not tested enough and is a fraudolent company. Be aware !!!

I also paid $88.00 for the blanket fax software AFTER I already paid $88.00 for FedEx/Ups recovery software from Refund Recovery. I got the e-mail after my recovery software arrived!
Thank god I found out from this report that Refund Recovery is a total scam, they stopped answering my e-mails!
Be grateful that your not wasteing anymore time and money on these stupid scams! Plus, sending unsolicited faxes to companies is against the law! They don't tell you that! Count your blessings your not out of more money or getting a fine for sending illegal faxes trying to get clients!
Good luck finding the real deal!!! Still looking myself!
