We canceled our daughters ballys membership in April, we were billed by abc financial in may and June. Blast gym at first would not honor the cancelation and would not refund the money paid. The local gym manager and abc financial customer service agents admitted a problem with the billing takeover of Ballys to Blast but everyone I emailed and called said they could not do anything.

The internet is a great thing after finding a few of the corporate officers' names and experimenting with email addresses I was able to finally get my emails to the correct person and suddenly my daughters gym membership cancelation is honored and my overpaid money will be refunded.

Here are a few names, emails and phone #'s to assist all who had money billed from Blast and abc financial.

Between going to the local gym, calling abcfinancial customer service and emailing I was able to have Blast fitness corporate admit a problem and say they were going to fix it.

My advice - be persistent, be polite, have your facts correct and email as much as possible.
