3 of us spent 1500.oo joining Ballys via contracts and Blast bought all of Fresno's ballys and their contracts and (Liabilities). They said I wasnt a member, Upon review, the contracts emailed back to us had our names , addresses's and (home gym) city incorrect, I explained that we all own homes here, have always worked out here, and staff at the gym know this. people at ABC Financial looked at the contracts and stated that a 36 month contract originated in 2011 was expired??!! and Blast otherwise has told me that I need to take up the same with Ballys and refused to honor the same, The regional Manager Jesus Mendoza was extremely rude stating that I shouldnt even be allowed into the Gym! And Kim the manager at Blackstone and shaw has only put off the subject all together until questioned on why the three of us have to wait to have this corrected she then changed her tune and said that it wasnt her problem. Our contract was executed, paid for performed and Ratified, even our picture taken in Fresno. But these morons dont get it. If you look at all the complaints filed here and on other blogs, you can expect this even on a month to month contract with these guys, their customer service and intelligence sucks!!!!
