Complaint Review: Blast Fitness

Blast fitness took over the old Bally's location near our home in east fort worth, tx. From the beginning it seemed to be fine, it was only $10 monthly vs what we were paying at another gym. Due to the drive time to the other gym, this one completely fine for a while. 

The staff neglected my 2 year old, leaving him completely alone in the nursery, and then argued it was not a big deal; as the nursery staffer was needed at the front. ? I immediately cancelled my membership, never to return to this hellhole again. 

My husband on the other hand, decided to continue-on Dec 31 we received a cancellation letter; they were closing Dec. 31. Just the week prior they were offering memberships for sale; telling no one about the closing. 

This is a dishonest company, they employee sub-par human beings and Do Not Care about their members. Do not be fooled by the $10 monthly, as you only get $2 worth of service.
