 I had a problem with my Hvac and I called a local company that I thought was reputable. Nick a service tech from the company called Blaze Air Inc. He went threw my heating and cooling system and he came to the conclusion that my coil had a leak. And was no way to fix it and that to repair the coil would be just as expensive as replacing the complete system. So they recommend a new system. And said that my current system had no coolant in the unit and that for 7000 dollars they can replace everything add a return and that would improve my duct system as well. 3 people at Blaze Air Inc told me that this needed to be done. James there installation manager. Mike there service Manager. And Nick there service tech. So I agreed to replace the system for around 7000 dollars which I thought was very high and waited for them to install the system the new system. That said that would take 2 weeks. In the mean time I decided I wanted a second opinion and thank god I did. I called a second local company out and had them Check my current system and they did a leak detection on it. To find my system was full of refrigerant. And didn't need a new coil or new system or 7000 dollars in new equipment. Blaze Air Inc tried to rip me off to the tune of 7000 dollars and this is apparently not the first time . Several service techs I've spoke with told me Mike and James have instructed there employees to do this for years ... Beware or Blaze Air inc. they tried to rip off me and my family. My system was repaired for 827 dollars and 425 of that was to do a leak detection on it only to find out my units were fine.
