The story goes like this: First my upstairs neighbor moved out 4-6 weeks ago, he threw out all his furniture and I didn't think anything of it. Then my next door neighbor moves out about 3 weeks later. Once my next door neighbor moved out, two weeks went by, until one day I realized I had bed bugs. Obviously they were spreading from room to room, neglect on the part of the property managers. So I ended up paying for the exterminator, because their front office lied to me and fed me misinformation about their exterminator, who couldn't show up he said. Once I had the apartment treated I went into the office to break lease. I wanted to negotiate the break lease fee. When in the office I said "what the f**k I have bed bugs" and the unprofessional manager Joseline Garcia tried to kick me out her office for cussing like we're in kindergarten, without even helping me. I refused to leave until I got my break lease agreement. After I moved everything out, I sent out 6-7+ emails to managers Joseline Garcia, Lena Felix, and Desiree Fajardo asking for a short meeting to negotiate the break lease fee, all I wanted to do was meet in the middle. All the managers literally ignored all my emails. So I printed out every unreplied email and demanded to speak to Lena, the main manager at Pembrooke on the Green. I told her all of this and all she did was pretend not to speak English and tell me "ok."

Months later a debt collector calls me to collect on the $1666 break lease fee. I told him I wouldn't pay anymore than half because of treatment from the staff and neglect, the debt collector was actually really nice and agreed and we met in the middle. After this I repeatedly took actions to get in contact with upper management of the company to let them know how people in their company are operating. It took me months but I finally got a hold of someone above Lena and told her everything. I then sent Lena an email asking her if she learned a lesson and would become a better person after this, with some cussing involved. Lena literally called the police on me for cussing, but that isn't illegal, so nothing happened. On top of this I have emailed 15+ managers over the course of 3 years (40+ emails!) with them as my property managers. Even after bed bugs spread from room to room, they still ignored ALL of my emails. Darren Everett seemingly doesn't give a s**t about the reputation of company (he's the President), you'd have to literally set off a nuclear bomb to get his attention or reply. These people lack backbones. The most unprofessional property management company in Colorado!
