Bleame Bleame.com Refuse to issue refunds and don’t respond to emails
This is a scam company that sells a product that damages your skin.
Their website claims a "full refund" if you aren't satisfied, but then they refuse to honor this. They don't respond to customer emails, and they provide no other way for you to contact them.
This is a scam company out of China. They provide photos of their "customer service reps" in their emails, but really they are just stock photos of random people.
They said they would refund me, but then they never did, just stopped responding to me. Then, once I opened a chargeback with my bank, they emailed me begging me to cancel the chargeback and they'll issue the refund.
Then when I cancelled the chargeback, they refused to refund me, claiming the chargeback was "decided in their favor." This is a blatant lie because I cancelled the chargeback at their request!! They are now refusing to respond to my emails or provide proof that they "won" the chargeback.
They are scammers.
