I bought a small cross from this gift shop thinking it was an excellent item for my grandmother to wear.....24 hours (exactly) later....I was on my way to deliver it...pulled it out of the package and what do you know the clip on the back had broken off...looked closer at it and it didnt look like the clip could actually hold such a big cross. I called to see if something could be done about it ( I wanted it fixed..not a refund or return) and they immediately told me "Check your receipt there are no returns"...Okay searched for receipt and wayyy at the bottom...yeah it said that...but I wasn't looking for a return just a fix...or something....even a bit of compassion in the owners voice wouldve been nice.. I spent 20 bucks for a big a** cross that is useless now....just sent my money down the drain. It's really odd that I thought it was a Christian store will all of the crosses, but now, I think maybe it's just used for a catchy store name.

I did call the store and they still didn't budge on this policy that was not posted! I'm not sure if I'd like my money back or not. It was a gift item that this person can't wear because it broke. I found out that the owners are named Katy and Rachel but I am not sure if either one of them is the person that I spoke to on the phone. I contacted the conference where I bought the item to let them know about the situation. We'll see if they allow them to be vendors next year.
