I am trying to find out why I have not received Order #5897. I paid nextra to have Priority Mail and should have rec'vd these parts by now.

our normall processing time is 7-10 business days for orders to go through the system. The method of shipping has nothing to do with processing time.

Unfortunately I do not have access to our order system right now and the phones have been down for a while

 

John: 


Wow ! I can provide completed window coverings in less time than that ! It's a lousy little part and could be placed in an envelope in minutes if the system were set up right. I was hoping to use your company as my main parts supplier, but I can't wait 7-10 days for processing, plus waiting for shipping time. That's two weeks out !

What a load of crap ! I sure hope your boss is looking over your shoulder to see your lack of Customer Service.

Eduardo then cut the session off !  I then forwarded the following message.

Fortunately, I made a copy of our "chat" and will forward it on to the owners of The Window Covering Hardware Store and blindsparts.com.

You are a disgrace to our window covering business, one that I have been in since 1972 - probably long before you were born !

John

This company processed my PayPal charge immediately, does not answer repeated phone calls, even when you leave messages.  I sure hope their ownership gerts to read what their "customer service" agents do - or should I say what they do not do.

I am the owner of the domain site listed www.blindparts.com
we are not in Tucson Arizona
we are in Las Vegas Nevada
We do not have order numbers like the one listed
we know nothing of this order or transaction

there are websites with similar names, one is in Tucson.
the person that posted this rip off report used the wrong domain to complain about
and it should be removed or corrected.
