I purchased bilnds in July and was told 7 to 14 working days. They arrived 5 weeks later thentried to convince me I was wrong. The blinds 2/9 were damaged. I had to send back at my expense and I still have not recieved a credit to my account. I had to call my credit card company to put presure on them DO NOT PAY CASH OR USE ATM CARD. I sent an email to the CEO explaining the problems I had and he did not respond. I have been ignored. I just rea and interview with him (Steinfeild is his name) and the comments he makes about his drive to succeed and thar he is now a multimillionaire , he need not worry about i or 2 unhappy customers. But as I have written her I am tell as many people as possible, maybe they will listen and take their business elsewhere.
AND I AN STILL OUT $25OO FROM THEM.
