Bling_Bling Couture promises a product, Houston Texan Bling Heels, within 12-weeks, from July 2013, according to the web site, and as of March 2014 I have not received my heels. As well as not heard from Roxey Huskey, owner of Bling_Bling Couture. She must have taken my money along with my shoes and ran...I paid thru paypal... Please anyone with complaints file, we don't want her living off of our earned money.. If I wanted to just give that amount of money away, I have children that would have taken it and been appreciative of it.
