Basically on Dec 9th 2016 I placed an order for a Kylie cosmetics lip when I seen an ad floating around on Facebook. The ad stated it was free just pay shipping which was about $6. I thought it would make a cool little stocking stuffer for my little sister. It is now the 11th of January 2017 and it still says the order was received and being prepared to ship. They have no phone address or fax on their website to contact them directly. When you hit the contact us link it takes you to a questionnaire where you fill out your info and a message. I'm not even going to bother with them it's obviously a scam I'm just going to reverse the charges with the bank. It just sucks that they have my debit card info.
