I used Fred Evans/Blink Interactive/Blink Creations to create an e-commerce site for me. I signed the contract with Fred November 1st and paid in full, up front, for the site to be completed by November 15th. We are now approaching the 2 month mark and the site remains at 90% complete. I handed over all the necessary content for the site by November 10th.

After the 15th contact/communication with Fred became increasingly worse. I started asking Fred for updates on the site around the 1 month mark period and he would get back to me here and there saying he would make the necessary changes. It became extremely hard to get a hold of Fred, most of the time he would only respond if a request I made for the site included additional payment. If additional payment was required I could get a hold of him same day via email.

I told him I would create a report if the site was not complete soon. He responded with saying he would make the updates. We are now at the 2 month mark with the site and he still has not made any updates. All the links are broken on the home page and the uploader (to upload files) I paid an additional 125.00 does not work either.

I would not use him again because it is extremely hard to get a hold of him and he missed his anticipated completion date by a month and a half with the site still at 90% completion.
