I got a text on 3/15/06 saying welcome to Blinko and in this text it gave me a number. I have never herd of this company so I called the number. All i got was a recording telling me what to do, but I could never get any one on the phone.It did give me an option to unsubsribe to these text.That is what I did on 3/15/06.Today 3/18/06 I found out they billed me $7.95 for something what I don't know?

I have never used this company (blinko) and how they got my cell phone number I will never know. I contacted Verizon and they said that there is nothing they could do. I have a prepaid phone and they just gave my money away everthing I had left in my account. Verizon even told me that they have had alot of issues with Blinko billing people for stuff they never ordered but yet they still give them there clients money.

If any one has any advice or wants to start a class action lawsuite I am with it. I also feel that Verizon should be included in it for allowing Blinko to take our moneywith out permission,that is like taking money from a bank account. I have to deposit money before I can use my phone and Verizon let them have it,what's up with that????
