What is so incredible about BLINN PR is that they are a public relations company, touting integrity, service, & customers yet not even their CEO (Steven Blinn) had to ethics to respond about not paying their bills. Two months, 20 phone calls, 20 emails and not even the dignity to respond with a "hey sorry, we can't pay." He was even the one who signed the contract.

After living through the dot com bust, every company I've ever dealt with at least had the decency to explain their non-payment vs. just going radio silent.

Shady business practice at best.
