Richard Fong is a shady and greedy person. He has no ethics. If you look at the word in the dictionary for the word, " scammer" you will see Richard Fong's picture. I paid $15,000 worth of SEO and he did not do anything. Do not buy. Buyer beware. Actually, my website went down.
Overnight my website was spammed and all my rankings went down. Now the police are after me because they said my website was hosting illegal documents that Richard Fong put on my web hosting service.
