bllatrx*nuagelife We'd ordered what we were told was a 14 day trial only paying for shipping and handling. 5 days after receipt ourbank was being charged 79.99 on the day that we called to cancel the subscription. We were told that by policy the 14 day trial starts the day order was placed.
We ordered what we thought to be a 14 day trial and of course were told on the day we called to unsubscribe that the 14 day trial comenced on the day of order although,we did not receive the product until after 8 days post order.
They attempted to charge our bank through some 3rd party company, the name of which a customer service senior manager by the name of Andy was unable to verify. How is it possible to have a 3rd party that collects the funds for the company for which you work and you cannot verify saud company's name?
This person named Andy would not allow us(my husband and I ) to speak with a superior, was rude and disconnected our call.
