BLM REO BLM PROPERTY SERVICES PROPERTY PRESERVATION, HUD CONTRACTOR, MORTGAGE FIELD SERVICES, BANK OWNED CONTRACTOR, NATIONAL FIELD SERVICE COMPANY, Internet

I am reporting this company for anyone contemplating on working for this company. I have only worked for this company for two weeks however our company has been in this industry for several years and work for several national companies. This company will hire you and provide video training for processing and submitting work on there behalf without allowing you to invoice immediately for the jobs you complete.

There main customer is hud and if anyone is familiar with hud work you know that the work is heavily discounted and discounted more when you sub for one of there contractors. They will send you to there site to log in and submit your results for the inspections, grass cuts and winterizations to be performed but require you to process the work twice once on there site and once on hud's website for each work order. This in itself is not only more overhead for the subcontractor due to the labor for both processing these orders but also the overhead for the crews completing the work out in the field.

You will not be able to invoice any of the jobs you complete until they allow you to on there website.

I submitted photos for several jobs that were removed due to a missed phone and was not allowed to invoice the jobs that were previously submitted several days prior. Now it looks like we will have to go to court to get paid for all the hard work that was performed. This is a growing trend with these property preservation companies that have more staff then the sub contractors that work for them. If they do not get there way they will not give you the proper time to respond to the follow ups. Even if you give updates each day via email or telephone they want you to submit the same discussion on there  website and if you do not they will pretend the conversations never happened

Now it appears that our company will need to sue to get paid for the work that was performed as well as contact hud to make a formal complaint regarding this company. think twice before you work for these clowns and think twice before you sub for anyone else that contracts for hud . You will be under paid and over worked and see little or no profit for all your hard work. I am just glad that we did not go past two weeks or else it would have been much uglier.

Good Day everyone ,

Today a representative of ours wrote this report unaware that the matter between our company and BLM Reo ( property services ) had come to terms with a disagreement that in all likelihood was a matter of miscommunication. Once this report was submitted for review the website decided to publish this report immediately.

It is not our policy to keep documents and/or reports on file so we asked the editors of this site to remove it due to this resolution between our companies and they refused. They stated that they had to keep this report on file for other consumers well we disagree. Everyone should have an grace period to resolve there issues and if the complaining party chooses to resolve it before the situation is worse then they should be allowed to do so.

Prior to today we believed that they maybe like the rest of these other companies in our profession that ignore there contractors and ignore payments. Well this is not the case and they will communicate to resolve issues. We have had plenty of experience with other companies that do not carry themselves in this manner and assumed due to circumstances that we had been going through recently that they would act in the same way.

Please ignore this report and no further complaints will be reported regarding this company on this site.

Shame on the editors for not removing this report upon our request. This shows a lack of integrity on the editors part for taking advantage of a policy that is unfair to anyone whether they have an account or not.

Sincerely ,

Jim
