Blockbuster Express kiosk out of order - could not return or RENT the new movie reserved on -line, Internet

For 2 days a blockbuster kiosk was out of order. I could not return. I also reserved a new movie on line and could not get the new one. I called and wanted credit. They said no. That is ridiculous.  Red Box way better and 1/2 the price -- no rude customer service if you ever have a problem either.  Never again.. They blew.. Hope they enjoy the late charges because they will never see me renting another...
