Blockbuster Express kiosks at Rivermark Santa Clara Safeway location keep over charging for DVD return even though the DVD in question is returned on time (look at your receipt for Return Time and any other charge).

I went back to my credit card statements and found that these multiple overcharging have been happening since September 2010, closer to the time Safeway had Blockbuster Express kiosks to replace Red Box DVD kiosks (Red Box never overcharged, btw). 

I have called the BBExpress costumer service and they have promised to refund me for rentals but it has not happened yet. They promise to fix the machine, it also has not happened yet. Meanwhile, the overcharging kept happening every time I rent another DVD.

I have called my credit card company and in the process to write a full report to them in order for them to void the overcharges. I also have called Safeway 1-800 number to complain about this practice.

In summary, do not rent from Blockbuster Express unless you want to waste your time complaining to every business involved (including writing this ripoff report).
