Blockbuster officially rips off customer - AGAIN! Jupiter,FL
Once again Blockbuster Video in Jupiter,FL has tried to rip us off by claiming we failed to return several videos on time. This time we had a reciept. The manager said "sorry" and took off the bogus charges in face of the evidence. Other wise we would have had to pay the unnecessary charges. We went to the trouble to get reciepts because they have done this to us before and we didn't have proof. I'm beginning to think this is store policy, or worse yet, company policy. Beware!!!
