Ok back in March '12 Blockbuster On Demand went crazy. Dropping themselves from a whole bunch of devices. We didn't know why, only that they were promising to return.

We knew something was happening with them but didn't pay attention to what after the initial news coverage. However, the other day we "knew" we had these movie titles but couldn't find them in our dvd racks. And that's when we remembered Blockbuster again. We login to blockbuster on my phone and realized that we have several movies that we bought....almost $200 worth.

So i call them up wondering how to get our movies. All they have to say is that since we don't have compatable devices we have to watch these movies on our PCs. What crap. The only reason we bought these movies was for convenience...and that's not worth $18 a pop now that we can't even get them to stream the way there were intended to!

Refund? Well sorry you watched them already and they were purchased almost to more than a year ago. seriously retarded. Not getting my business ever again!
