My husband cancelled his online membership with Blockbuster.com last month, evidently too late to avoid an additional month's billing of $17.95 for the 3 at-a-time plan. Since the end of January we have not received a movie, even though our queue showed that 2 movies were shipped. We have several movies listed in my queue as available now. I suspect that since we cancelled, Blockbuster has no intention of shipping any more movies, even though our memebership runs until 2/14. Blockbuster has also not responded to my emails.

My beef is that, since we paid for an additional month's membership, we should have full use of that memebership until the cancellation date. Otherwise we should at least get a partial refund.
