Complaint Review: Blockbuster

i was a gold member at blockbuster for over 4 years and several times had late charges when the movies were in before 11. i even had employees tell me that the company likes them to process them late so they can collect late fees. for every 2 people who complain 12 dont and they make extra money that way. i dont go to blockbuster anymore due to their incompetance and i will be glad when the company goes under.... it will.
