On Monday November 19th I went to this Blockbuster and rented Heavenly Sword for the PS3. I returned it on time yet when I woke up yesterday (I work the night shift so I wake up at about 5 pm) I had a voice mail saying that the game had not yet been returned. So I called them up and spoke to a young female employee who said that she would check I was on hold for 5 minutes and she came back saying yes it was a mistake and that it would be fixed immediately when I asked about the restock fee I was told I would not be charged. With that taken care of I went to work and when I got home I checked my bank account because I wanted to go to get a burger and on my bank online statement there was a pending transaction from Blockbuster Houston for 27.04 putting my bank account 24.09 into the red and that is before the 35 dollar overdraft fee. I plan to call in sick to work tonight so I can call blockbuster and get this all sorted out and see if I can get my money back and I will post an update once that has been done.

Not Heavenly Sword

The amount you were charged was not for Heavenly Sword. You would have been charged $54.99 plus tax for that game. The amount you talk about is for a movie, not a game. Are there any other movies you still have out?
