Complaint Review: Blockhead Kennelz

Ok this is how I know Jered Herbert:

I meet him online when I started the Bully breeding on a female named Barbie which is off of Infamous K-2 and Lulu. I received the papers on her and this wasn't the issue, " just explaing how I meet him".
After purchasing this female I continued to remain talking to him. After this female I purchased a male off of him named Gorrilla Zo. The papers where never sent off in his name and still had them in the pervious owner before's name and was signed in his. Now I was just getting started with this Bully game and only had a couple of dogs before I met Jerad. I myself asked Jerad how to switch the paperwork over without going to his name and he said I could not, which he was correct you can not make any aulters to the paperwork on UKC or with whiteout. He said the paperwork would be fine If I paid for the 20 dollars to switch to his name and he would drive to my house and hand me the paperwork when he received it so I could place them in my name. As I purchased Gorilla Zo I had more problems that occured later on such as when I recieved Gorrilla Zo I paid a certain amount for him and signed his so called agreement which is not legal by any means. The agreement was any normal writen agreement for a breeder without being a"legal" binding contract. It stated that I make sure I take care of the dog and make sure he is food water, etc and not neglected. If this contract was broken then he could take the dog back. As anyone can vouch for me I take care of all my dogs and are healthy, food, shots, vet meds and all if needed. I have proof to this. When Gorrilla Zo entered my home he was very skinny and skittish, to the point you could see his skelton frame. Later on he started some mess with a associate of mine and said some things of this female dog I had so this lady saying I had her up for sale while she was pregnant, why would I sale a litter of pups and the mother when the lady had the males paperwork? After this I was fighten and me and the lady began to talk about the pregnant female Champane and I told her about the on going situation that Jerad was harrasing me and saying he was going to call Animal control on me and have the dogs taken from me. She then stated she would take them for a couple of days until the situation cooled down, and I agreed to release the dogs to her. I knewn this lady for over a year or so and believed I could trust her. Never did I know that she was doing this to for Jerad to get the dogs back to him and I never thought she even knewn him. I was frightend simply because I was not in the best living situation at the time. I then kept contact with her to keep up dates on my dogs. Two days later I called for them back and she refused to answer and texted me saying Jerad has my dogs and I must take it up with him. I then called him while he said he was going to take me to court and sue for, saying I was living in a bad situation and he didn't like it for the dogs and refused to return them. But he can sell me the dog at the same residence where he has been even inside the home. I then got in contact with Escambia County Police Department and had a deputy come to my home. The deputy then called him after I showed him the purchase and the papers on the dog. The officer told him he must return the dogs and gave him 48 hours to return three of my dogs that he had. After all this occured his mother called me and said please do not press chargers on my son that BLOCK HEAD KENNELS is not his kennel is hers and that they would return the dogs. Which indead we all know that this backyard want to be breeder is his so called kennel. On the day that they was to return the dogs Jerad's mother came to my house with Jerad's girlfriend LISA saying that they only could return two of the dogs that they did not have Gorrilla Zo because he was supposly escaping out of the backyard fence which happend to be another lie and that they gave the dog to a man named Eric so he wouldn't escape.  Jerad's mother came to my house not only with the two of my dogs but with a pup out of Eric's and Jerad's litter that was seven weeks old that was as big as your palm of your hand saying you can hold on to the pup until we get Zo back. I deceided to take the pup, by the end of the day I called his mother telling her the pup is to weak and can not even walk it was sick, she then came to pick it up and it wouldn't even eat I knewn it was sick and look the symptons up on a computer called a vet and they told me it had PARVO, two days later they called me and told me it died. Now Eric was a friend of Jerad's that Jerad breed his male Buddy to Eric's female Chanel. Then I found Eric's number on a page and called him myself asking for Gorilla Zo and he stated that Gorilla Zo was in lousiana with his mother. Why in the heck is my dog with his mother, made no sense to me and asked why and if he could return him. He later said that ooo he is not with her anymore that she got rid of him because he was a stolen dog. How did she know this was a stolen dog the whole situtation made no sense I just wanted the dog back that I paid for and he wasn't just dollar signs to me he was apart of my family. A week or so later Jerad contacted me saying oo that Eric found Gorilla Zo but wants a return fee, what the heck why I would have to pay for it was Jerad's fault to began with. Another stupid move on me is I paid for it because I wanted my dog back. I finally got the dog back with all this heck, I continued to fight over him. This doesn't even ends here there is more and I will let that be known. He also has a one year old Fendi that happens to me mine that I paid for. It's ok he can keep her but as long as I know he has her he will never receive UKC paperwork on her!!!! I let people be known that breed the mother of her that he still has her to this day. So anyone has any comments are more than welcome to respond good or bad and even you Jerad, Lisa, and even your mother it doesn't bother me, I am letting you be exposed to the real game sweetheart. Any breeder pet lover etc. do not I repeat do not fall for any of his tricks he is a lying con artist and will do anything to get money he is unemployed and lives off his mother and and recevies money from his girlfriend and his dad claim. All the dogs that he has now are unpapered and I can proof it. Block Head Kennels is not exposed thanks everyone for reading and have a blessed day.

i know the law and i know my rights. freedom of speech if your so concerned and worried about it then obviously you are that confident in your dogs.

First off Ms.sara kundrick is a liar all in her very own way. She purchase a blue american pitbull terrier from me on may 18th of 2009 the deal was that she paid me 200 dollars in one payment and in the other she was to include another 100 dollars. i never seen all 300 dollars because i was nice enough to cut the price of the dogs. i have every email she sent me begging for the dog. she was not treated well before we got her and was a very good dog. She just required a responsible owner that knows about the breed as with any pet owner. If you dont know what your doing do not own the animal or breed because bad things can happen. the dog was not aggressive here at all and i have many many witnesses to prove this fact. If i fight my dogs then how do i run a respectful kennel in my home town without any complaints and many happy customers. When she asked about saphires papers she was told exactly what they were and where they came from. i told her the dog was registered through the american pitbull registry. The dog had very legit papers she just could not use them with the dog she was breeding her to. I also told her she would need to register her male with the same company in order to get puppy papers for the litter. Every dog i have is UKC registered and i guess she thought that is what she was getting even though i have the emails stating exactly what she was getting. If you want to believe all of the nonsense coming from her mouth go ahead and do so. A couple of months later the dog has puppies, and she sends me a message stating that. I was happy to hear everything was going so good and up until she sends me another message later that month stating her dog tried to bite somebody and she was going to shoot it if i did not come pick it up in avon park florida. This is not a ride you just hop in your car and take for a reason like this. If you do not think this is the truth then believe her. my dogs are all very well trained and have quite a few people to tell you that.
