I purchased a blog for $20,000 with a promise to receive monthly payments of approximately $3,500 each month ($817.00/week).  I Purchased it from blogbusinessesonline@gmail.com (aka Emdai BC Ltd) with Arthur Calman as my business contact (may also use blogarticlesbusiness@gmail.com).  All I had to do was post articles from another website onto my site daily.  Payments commenced like clockwork from week 1 and for 13 straight weeks ($10,621.00 returned from investment).  It was at week 13 that I decided to upgrade my blog to a $40,000 blog.  The upgrade was an increase to approximately $7,000 each month ($1,634.00/week).  I received one payment from the upgrade ($12,255.00 returned from investment) and then payments ceased.  I contacted Arthur (yes I contacted him, not the other way around) to inquire about the lack of payment.

My email stated:

Good Day Arthur
I understand weekly payments will stop for a couple of months.  I have not received word and was wondering if I would be informed.  Is that correct?  Is the two months firm or could it be longer?  If so, will payments come less frequently (like once a month or every other week) or stop all together?  On what date do you expect payments will resume if stopped all together?   Will payments missed be made up or just resume as normal?
If payments will stop all together, I would like to exercise my 6 month money back guarantee on my $20,000 increase (not my initial investment).  Once payments start again, I can then increase my blog back to $40,000.  This is the best option for me at this time as I need the cash flow… I wish I could wait until the blog resumes weekly payments, but unfortunately I am unable.  If payments will come less frequently, I may be able to wait the two months with reduced payments from the blog.
Thanks for understanding.
Please let me know how I go about receiving a refund if that is the step I need to take.
Regards

Before receiving an answer, I sent:

In reference to my email below.  Have you considered the option of reducing payments by 75% for 2-4 months or paying owners one payment per month for 2-4 months to save the money required to build the central website?  It is disturbing or shocking to have payments stopped completely.  Please let me know if you have considered these options as I feel owners would be more receptive to reduced payments than no payments.
Please advise.
Regards

I then received an email from Arthur that stated:

Hello XXXX,
We now continue payments for small blogs (under $5,000). For bigger blogs we stopped payments for 2 months. This will allow to collect the money for blog network’s site and its promotion. Otherwise it will be impossible to run this business successfully. That’s why we ask not to stop articles posting for these months, even if they are not paid.
Regards,
Arthur

For the first month, when I contacted Arthur with questions, affiliates (interested investors) or updates, he responded.  In one email, he stated:

Hello XXXX,
As I wrote, we plan to complete website building in 2 months. And we plan to restart payments by the 10th of December. Maybe it will be earlier if we finish the work earlier.
Regards,
Arthur

In another, as further explanation for the shutdown, he stated how much the business would save and that the money was for the central website and promotion.  I went on business as usual, still posting articles daily as he asked, but then he stopped responding to my emails.  I got nervous.  It was then I sent an email to Arthur requesting a refund (for the second time), but only of the money sent for the upgrade ($20,000).  A 180 Day Money Back Guarantee was included with the blog purchase.  I was willing to accept any fees associated with the transaction.  No response and no refund.  Then, when the date he promised to resume payments came and payments did not resume, I ceased posting.  I still own the site that is CURRENTLY making me no money, but I own it at just under a $28,000 loss.  For lots less money I could have created my own blog.  This blog came with promises of a paying clientele and immediate return on investment.  The problem is, you never get it all back.

What is troubling in this situation is the fact that the three investors I was acquainted with never received notice the payments would stop.  That was unfortunate and unprofessional.  I never would have upgraded had I known… BUT, that is what a scam artist will do, SCAM YOU!  Arthur Calman is good at his job.

I later discovered several other investors around the United States are in the same boat.
